Delete your account

Delete a Customer account in the TRUEVOLT Customer app. Request Seller account deletion by emailing sellers@truevolt.in or support@truevolt.in. Follow the steps below for your account type.

Customer account

Use the TRUEVOLT Customer app on your phone or tablet.

  1. Open the TRUEVOLT Customer app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Edit Profile.
  4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
  5. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Seller account

Seller account deletion is requested by email. There is no in-app seller delete path in the current product.

  1. Email sellers@truevolt.in or support@truevolt.in.
  2. Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
  3. Include the mobile number registered on the seller account.
  4. Clearly request deletion of the account and associated personal data.

What deletion includes

  • Your account is deactivated and personal details are scrubbed from active profile records.
  • Your mobile number is freed so you can register again later if needed.
  • For sellers, your shop is closed and listings are archived so they no longer appear in the marketplace.
  • Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or financial compliance.

If you cannot access the app, email support@truevolt.in with the subject line “Account deletion request” and include:

  • Whether you are a Customer or Seller
  • The mobile number registered on the account
  • A clear request to delete the account and associated personal data
