By accessing or using the TRUEVOLT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform description
TRUEVOLT is a marketplace that helps buyers discover refurbished electronics from verified local sellers. Guests can browse listings. Customers may sign in for wishlist, seller contact, and notifications. We do not sell devices directly. Buyers contact sellers by phone or WhatsApp. Purchases take place between the buyer and the seller. TRUEVOLT does not offer marketplace checkout, in-app chat, or public product reviews in the current product.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws. Any misuse of the platform may result in account termination.
4. Certified seller standards
Sellers must maintain TRUEVOLT certification standards at all times. Listings must accurately reflect device condition. Misrepresentation of device condition is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
TRUEVOLT facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality of individual transactions. We encourage buyers to review listing condition, battery health, warranty, and any diagnostic report when those details are provided, and to contact sellers with any questions before purchasing.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
