Seller agreement

1. Certification requirements
Certified sellers must maintain the standards set during their initial verification. Any significant change to business operations, location, or ownership must be reported to TRUEVOLT within 7 days.
2. Listing standards
Listings must accurately reflect device condition. Cosmetic grade, battery health, warranty, and diagnostic details must be accurate when the seller provides them. Battery health is not required on every listing. TrueVolt Pro Diagnostic is an optional 32-point report attached when available; it is not required to publish a listing. Misrepresentation of device condition is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate removal.
3. Customer service obligations
Certified sellers must respond to buyer enquiries within 24 hours. Disputes must be handled professionally and in good faith. TRUEVOLT may mediate disputes upon request.
4. Pricing and fees
TRUEVOLT does not charge commission on sales. Sellers set their own prices. Sellers subscribe monthly on Seller Web for listing and branch capacity. Current plans and add-ons are shown on Seller Web. Capacity above the published standard ceiling is handled as an Enterprise enquiry, not a self-service checkout plan. TRUEVOLT reserves the right to introduce platform fees in the future with 30 days notice.
5. Compliance
Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including GST regulations, consumer protection laws, and electronic waste disposal regulations.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. TRUEVOLT may terminate immediately for violations of listing standards, customer service obligations, or applicable laws.
7. How sellers use TRUEVOLT
Sellers register on Seller Web, complete business and GST documentation, and wait for TRUEVOLT to review the business and each branch. Listings are created in the Seller App. Buyers contact sellers by phone or WhatsApp. TRUEVOLT does not provide marketplace checkout, in-app chat, or public product reviews.
