What is TrueVolt Pro Diagnostic?
TrueVolt Pro Diagnostic is a precision diagnostic instrument designed to run directly on the device under test. It executes sensor and hardware checks across 32 individual evaluation points.
Diagnostics are optional in the current platform flow. Sellers may attach a report when available, but it is not required on every listing. When a report is present, it gives buyers an additional layer of objective hardware data.

The 32-point diagnostic evaluates six primary hardware subsystems:

How to Use a Diagnostic Report as a Buyer
When reviewing a listing that includes a diagnostic summary:
1. Confirm that all key hardware areas show passing results.
2. During in-person store inspection, quickly re-confirm basic features like cameras, speakers, and charging.
3. If a listing does not include a diagnostic report, use the standard in-store inspection checklist to manually verify the device.
